Unlimited Coaching

$450 per month

For those that want unlimited access to my knowledge and expertise

  • Customised training programme with unlimited training plan adjustments, providing a high level of specificity

  • More frequent reviewing of your training with a deep dive into the data and analysis of key sessions

  • Check-in calls and de-briefs as needed. At this level we will be discussing your training frequently

  • Unlimited contact

  • Training Peaks Premium account

  • Nutrition and fuelling advice

  • Advice on race strategy and race day prep

  • Female riders – knowledge and understanding of the menstrual cycle and the ability to adjust your training accordingly

Are you wanting a programme to follow, keen to add some structure to your training, but not looking for the ongoing one-on-one coaching?  This is for you. 

Lets catch up and talk about your training and I’ll come back to you with a 100% customised training programme working towards your next goal.

I provide up to 12 week training programmes or specific strength and conditioning programmes.

Keen to talk to a qualified sport and exercise scientist? Have questions about your training? Racing? Nutrition? Keen to get some advice and pick my brain but not looking for a training plan or coaching at this point?

I offer 60 minute consultations for this very purpose.
